  • Service much to be reserved the evening before.

Arrival & Departure

  • Complimentary Hakuba Station or Happo Bus Stop pick up and drop off provided for arrival and departure between 07:00 and 22:00 daily. This service must be booked at least 3 days in advance and is subject to availability.
  • Guests arriving / departing from / to Nagano can book taxi transfers in advance, take the public bus or hire a car and drive.

Payments

  • 25% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 15th June 2024

Date Changes

  • Free date changes are possible within the 2024-25 winter season subject to available and applicable rates

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • Cancellation made before 16th June 2024 - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • Cancellation made from 16th June 2024 onwards - 100% cancellation fee applies

Flexi Rate

Payments

Cancellation
