Payments
- 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 15th June 2024
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- Before 15th June 2023 - 25% cancellation fee applies
- From 16th June 2024 - 100% cancellation fee applies
If you prefer to book at the Standard Rate with the standard payment & cancellation terms without the discount applied, please state this in the "Additional Information" section at the end of the booking form.

Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
