A private or shared airport taxi transfer service between Hakuba and your chosen airport.
Jumbo 7-Seater Taxi Transfers are the most convenient and fastest option for transfer from Tokyo Haneda Airport to Hakuba.
On arrival at the airport, the driver will meet you in the arrival lobby, carry your bags to the vehicle and drop you off at your check in location in Hakuba.
On departure, the driver will collect you from your accommodation and drop you off at the correct location for check-in for your flight. This means minimal pushing of trollies stacked with ski bags!
Taxi vehicle transfers must be booked in advance.
Private Taxi Transfers
Private transfers operate between either Tokyo Narita Airport or Tokyo Haneda Airport and Hakuba.
2024 / 25 Prices
- Jumbo Taxi seats up 7x people & 7x suitcases maximum
- Prices shown are in Japanese Yen and are based on one way transfer between Hakuba and Tokyo Narita Airport or Tokyo Haneda Airport and include a 5% booking fee.
- Passenger count includes small children
- Meet and Greet Airport service is included
- Latest pick up time for passengers not on a flight, from Hakuba is 15:00 and from airport is 23:00.
- Recommended pick up time for Hakuba to Airport is 8.5 hours before flight departure time for Haneda OR 9 hours before flight departure time for Narita.
Shared Taxi Transfers
Sharing a taxi transfer with other travellers is a great way to reduce the cost if you have a small group.
This service is available for international and domestic flights in and out of Haneda Airport only.
This service is not available for the route between Narita Airport and Hakuba.
2024 / 25 Prices
- Prices are based on one way transfer between Hakuba and Haneda Airport and include a 5% booking fee.
- Maximum 1x suitcases & 2x carry on luggage per person. Ski bags & excess luggage fee items incurs a fee of ¥1,000 per item - payable on site.
- If passengers miss the taxi, they can take the next one if it is available
- 10-minute toilet breaks are taken en route.
- Depending on the number of bookings, a 45 seater coach may be used as the vehicle
Pick Up Times
- Pick up from Haneda Airport will be dependant upon your flight arrival time
- Pick up from Hakuba to Haneda Airport will be scheduled for 8.5 hours before scheduled flight departure time
Non-Operational Hours
- Chou Taxis suspends airport operations between midnight and 05:00
- Last pick up time from airports is 23:00
- Last pick up time from Hakuba is 13:30 (must arrive at the airport by 20:00)
Payment & Cancellation Terms
Payment
- Full payment via the booking portal is required to complete the booking
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the transfer date: 25% cancellation fee
- 30 to 75 days prior to the transfer date: 50% cancellation fee
- Within 30 days of the transfer date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Last Minute Bookings
- We kindly request that you book transfers as early as possible due to limited availability for short notice bookings.
- We are not able to book transfers 7 days or fewer before the transfer date.

We are only able to book transfers for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
