Overview

Cat’s Villa Hakuba is a large, newly built, and attractively decorated self-catering Villa comprising of two 3 bedroom chalets, offering luxury and comfort for up to 12 people at a very affordable price.

The Villa is great for a large family with kids or a group of friends, and can easily accommodate up to 12 people in the two chalets that connect in the entrance hall.

The entry way for each chalet opens into a ski storage area, and a couple of steps up into the lobby with a toilet. From the lobby is a spacious open plan living dining room with a separate modern kitchen area with everything you will need.

The new kitchen has modern appliances with an IH stove top, grill, microwave and dishwasher and leads into the open living/dining space with a large dining table.

The chalets are spacious and beautifully furnished with plenty of space for everyone to relax.

There is also a separate bathroom with a full bathtub and standing shower space, vanity and laundry space, with a fully automatic washer/dryer.

Heading upstairs there is another separate toilet and shower/vanity room. All the rooms have central heating so you can stay nice and toasty even on the coldest of nights.

The entire Villa has broadband WiFi, perfect for staying connected with your own laptop or smartphone.

Cat’s Villa Himalayan is new to our range and not yet on our accommodation map but is located next door to Hakuba Grand Apartments on the Location Map above.

Set just 200 meters from the Happo-one Kokusai slopes in Wadano, …a great location.

It’s just a short walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife of Wadano...and of course to the slopes.

Enjoy the modern newly built self catering...self contained villa just 200 meters from the Happo-one slopes in central Wadano, Hakuba, Nagano....home to the premier events of the 1998 Winter Olympics.

With the Happo-one slopes and Kokusai lifts so close you will not have to worry about catching a shuttle to the slopes.

Shortcut to the ski lifts

There is a walking route (the red line in the map below) from Cat's Villa to the Sakka 2 ski lifts that is not obvious on Google Maps.

Walking between the two villas, you can join a footpath that skirts neighbouring properties and works its way to the ski lifts.

With plenty of space and an abundance of snow-covered trees, Wadano offers the perfect tranquil winter retreat.

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (35% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • 46 to 75 days before check in date - 15% cancellation fee applies (85% of total accommodation price is refunded*)
  • Within 45 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (0% of total accommodation price is refunded)

* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.
