Overview

The house enjoys easy access from the street, even in heavy snow.

The exterior is clad in a Charcoal siding that contrasts strongly with the western redwood in the covered deck area.

The internal walls are a mix of red cedar wood and white panelling under a ceiling of exposed timber structural beams.

There is hydronic underfloor heating throughout, with Oak floorboards in living and common areas, carpet to the bedrooms, and tiles to the utility areas.

Kitchens and bathrooms have been fitted with Grohe taps and Miele appliances.
