Bookings can be made EITHER at the Discounted Rate OR the Flexi Rate but not both.
The pricing shown is the discounted rate, with the 10% discount already applied.
Please let us know which rate option you prefer in the "Additional Information" section of the booking request form.
Discounted Rate
Payments
- 100% Non-Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
Date Changes
- Free date changes are possible within the 2024-25 winter season subject to available and applicable rates
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 100% cancellation fee - Deposit Payment is non-refundable
Flexi Rate
Payments
- 25% Refundable Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before check in
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 75 days or more before check in - 0% cancellation fee applies - Deposit Payment is refunded*
- Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount that you paid due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability & additional fees
