- The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service is available only to Active Life Hotel guests.
- Limited seats available and reservations are a must.
- Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. You can book seats with front desk 2 days prior to each shuttle departure date.
- The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service will be offered Monday-Friday from 28-Dec-2019 to 16-Feb-2020.
- Services may be cancelled at any time due to unforeseen weather conditions and without prior notice. In case of cancelled services, Active Life takes no responsibilities losses you have incurred.
- The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle service will depart on time, as scheduled from each meeting point.
- You are to ensure you are at the pick-up meeting point before each departure.
- Active Life takes no responsibilities where you have missed the shuttle. You are liable for arranging your own transportation.
- The Active Life Free Inter-Resort Shuttle arrival times may differ, depending on the weather conditions.
Which resorts will be accessible by the Acive life Inter-Resort Shuttle?
- Lotte Arai Ski Resort, Nozawa Onsen, Myoko (includes Myoko Suginohara, Akakura Kanko Resort & Ikenotaira Onsen Ski Resort), Ryuoo Ski Park, X-JAM Takaifuji and Kita Shinshu-Kijimadaira Ski Area.
- All shuttle services will originate from Active Life properties. There’s no pre-fixed route, Active Life will pick the best nearby ski resort (“Resort of the Day”) based on the daily snow forecast. “Resort of the Day” will be confirmed and announced in our reservation booking system, also at our front desk notice board 2 days prior to the departure date.
- “Resort of the Day” may change due to unforeseen weather conditions without prior notice. Please check with front desk/shuttle bus driver prior to departure.
How to book or Cancel My Reservation?
- Reservation starts on 26-Dec-2019. First Active Life Inter-Resort Shuttle departs on 28-Dec-2019. You can reserve your seats with our front desk staff 2 days prior to each shuttle departure date. Booking cut off time is 7pm each day. Front Desk open from 7am to 7pm.
- Limited seats available per day and reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
- Seats may be available up until the night before shuttle departure time, please check availability with Front Desk. (Front Desk opens 7am to 7pm, last booking is at 7pm.)
- Should your plans changes, you are requested to cancel any shuttle reservations with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to departure. Please contact our front desk. Please see No Show Penalty below.
No Show Penalty
Guests are required to inform front desk of cancellation at least 30 minutes prior to shuttle bus departure from Xplore at 8.00am. In case of no show, a JPY2,000 per seat/per reservation fee will be applied. Fees will be collected at room check-out. All no show fees collected by Active Life will donate to The Madarao Ski Resort Cleaning Project, at the end of the season.
Where are the Meeting Points?
Active Life Hotels: meeting points will be at top of the main entrance. See photos below. “Resort of the Day”: drop-off and pick-up points are the same, unless informed by the driver at the time of drop-off. Please ensure you check/confirm pick up point with our driver before leaving the shuttle.
