What is this service?


The Extended Services Package entitles you to the following convenient services:

  • A personal concierge with access to a vehicle for the duration of your stay in Niseko
  • A welcome package full of local Niseko produce
  • Mobile phone rental
  • Access to the restaurant booking service
  • Access to groceries and breakfast deliveries (additional charges apply)
  • Privileged access to NISS and other services

Niseko Introduction upon Check-in

Your concierge will meet you at your arrival point in Niseko and escort you to your accommodation. Once settled in, your concierge will run over your schedule for your stay and provide the best local tips for the ultimate Niseko holiday!

Access to a personal and dedicated concierge

We dedicate one staff member to your group for the entire duration of your stay. This staff is your gateway to the best restaurants, activities and resort services Niseko has to offer. Available 6 days out of 7, on an average 8 hours per day, your dedicated concierge can answer all your questions and coordinate all aforementioned services. On top of this, your dedicated concierge will have access to a 9-seater vehicle to drive you anywhere in the vicinity of Niseko within the allocated hours.


For example, you could go shopping in Kutchan, skiing in Moiwa or Rusutsu, or enjoy dinner in Maccarina without having to pay for an extra taxi driver! Tired of the same onsens in Hirafu and Niseko Village? Let our concierge suggest – and drive you – to local gems further away.


Please note the concierge will take one day off a week, where he/she will be replaced by another staff member for this day.

Welcome Pack

We stock your room with a special welcome package containing grocery items and food specialties from Niseko prior to your arrival. Please make sure to communicate any food allergies or preferences to our Concierge team.

Mobile phone rental

We lend you a local waterproof mobile phone with an English OS. You can therefore contact your concierge or local businesses without the worry of International roaming fees. We pre-program the phone with essential phone numbers for your stay.

Restaurant Booking Service

We assist you to schedule and book your favourite restaurants. Although we cannot guarantee availability for your group size, we use our expansive knowledge of the local dining scene to provide you with great recommendations and gastronomical surprises.

Access to grocery and breakfast delivery service

You have access to our overnight grocery delivery service. Simply fill in the order sheet and your groceries will be delivered to your room! Benefit also from our exclusive breakfast delivery service where your concierge will pick up your pastries from a selection of the best local artisans and deliver them freshly baked to your door at a pre-arranged time.

Preferential access to NISS ski school

Book your lessons with our affiliated ski school, NISS and your dedicated concierge will pick you up in the morning and drop you off at the base on time for your lessons. This enables you to check-in later for your lesson, so that you can spend more time in bed!

No more walking to crowded shuttle buses, waiting in queue to take care of basic groceries, struggling to book or find a taxi to a restaurant or getting stuck in Annupuri after the gondola shuts down…

How does it work?

In order to follow Japanese labour laws, we need to restrict the time at which your concierge works to a maximum of 8 hours of the day. However these 8 hours do not need to be necessarily consecutive. To keep things simple, we can propose you three options.


Plan A – Ski in the Morning and Errands in the Afternoon (08:00 – 11:00, 15:00 – 20:00)


Your concierge is available between 8AM and 11AM, then between 3PM and 8PM.
Pick this schedule if you would like to be driven to the slopes in the morning, back from the slopes in the afternoon, and to a restaurant or shopping in the evening.

Plan B – Relaxing Morning and Afternoon (08:00 – 13:00, 15:00 – 18:00)


Your concierge is available in the morning to cater for the needs of anyone in the group who won’t ski in the morning. Pick this plan if you want to have a bit of leeway to run some errands or explore in the morning.

Plan C – Restaurant Trip in the Evening (08:00 – 10:00, 16:00 – 22:00)


Your concierge is available to drive you to and from a restaurant in the evening. This restaurant may be in Kutchan, Makkari or even slightly further. You don’t need to worry about the time required to find a taxi to get back home!


Until where is the concierge allowed to drive?

For insurance coverage reasons, the concierge is allowed to go to locations within a 20 kilometre radius around Hirafu. With this plan you can explore other resorts such as Rusutsu, Moiwa, go shopping in Kutchan or go to dinner in the Michelin-starred Maccarina restaurant located in Makkari village. Please note that Otaru, Yoichi, Sapporo and Kiroro are unfortunately outside of the driver’s allowed driving range.


How much does it cost?

The cost of the Extended Services Package is a flat rate of 45,000 JPY per day of your stay, for a maximum of 6 persons, plus a fixed fee of 25,000 JPY flat fee to take care of you on your check-in and check-out days.


Please note you cannot choose this service for a short period or part of your stay. The package must be taken for the entirety of your stay.


If you choose to take the service 7 days or longer, a second concierge will assist while your regular concierge has a day off.


Please remember that ordering groceries and/or breakfast packages are not included in the Extended Services Package price and require additional payment upon checkout.

Room Availability Information / Booking

The light blue bar at the top of the page shows the price and availability status of the accommodation (Available OR Enquire for Availability) for the stay dates listed.

When changing the stay dates, be sure to click the Update button to get the price and availability status of the new dates.

Where a discount is on offer, the pricing shown has the discount already applied.

Checking Availability

If the availability status is “Enquire for Availability” you can check availability by clicking on the “Enquire Now” button and submitting the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Check if this accommodation is available” in the first field of the form.

We will respond to you via email to confirm the availability status within 24-48 hours.

Booking

To proceed with booking the accommodation, click on the “Book Now” button and submit the accommodation enquiry form.

Please ensure you select “I/we would like to Book this accommodation” in the first field of the form.

Within 24-48 hours, we will send instructions to you on how to pay the deposit required to secure the booking.

The price of bookings is fixed in Japanese Yen but you can pay in your home currency.
