      Ski Shuttle 

      • Complimentary ski shuttle service to the Hirafu Welcome Centre to access the Ace Gondola and King Pair ski lifts is provided with the following pick up / drop off stops - Yasuragi, Powder Room, Cisco Moon & Welcome Centre from 07:45 to 10:00 and from 15:45 to 17:00.

      • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
      • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

      Cancellation

      • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
      • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
      • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

      Check In / Out

      • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
      • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
      • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
