Overview
One of the few onsen in Hirafu open to the public (non-hotel guests). From the outdoor baths bathers can watch skiers and snowboarders go by on the Ace Family run without being seen from below.
On a clear day, male bathers can enjoy full view of Hirafu ski hill and female bathers can gaze out at the magnificent Mt Yohtei from their respective outdoor baths.
The onsen uses nothing but pure spring hot spring water direct from the geothermal source, said to improve circulation and restore tired muscles.
Boasting an indoor bath and sauna as well as the outdoor bath, this onsen is a great option for a relaxing afternoon soak straight after a vigorous day on the mountain.
