Payments
- 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 30th August 2024
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- Up to 30th August 2024 - 25% cancellation fee applies
- From 31st August - 100% cancellation fee applies

- Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
- Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
