Booking Terms
Payments
- 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies
- Within 75 days of check in date - 75% cancellation fee applies
Transferability
- Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building).
- Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
- It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.
Good Housekeeping Deposit
- A good housekeeping deposit payment of JPY ¥200,000 is required prior to check in as a bond representing the guest's agreement to leave the property as found.
- The property is inspected upon check out and the good housekeeping deposit payment is refunded, provided the property is left as found.
- The owner may claim for any loss or damage up to the amount of the good housekeeping deposit.
- In addtion to damages, they may claim of excessive cleaning costs, smoking in the properties or taking pets into the properties.
Guest Details
- The first name, last name and date of birth must be provided for all members of your group no later than 30 days before your arrival to be in compliance with Japanese law.
Arrival & Departure Transfers
- Bus or taxi transfers can be booked with Samurai Snow for your arrival and departure in the coming months once winter 2025-26 season pricing is confirmed.
- If you prefer to make your own arrangements, we need to know your arrival and departure details no later than 30 days before your check in date.
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
Date Changes
- Stay date changes are considered to be a cancellation of the original booking (cancellation terms apply). Rebooking of the new dates is required.
