  • Up to 30th August 2024 - 25% cancellation fee applies
  • From 31st August - 100% cancellation fee applies

  • Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
  • Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
