Bookings can only be accepted more than 5 days in advance.
Samurai Snow strongly recommends guests have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected costs incurred by travel delays, injury or illness.
Bookings are subject to the Samurai Snow Terms and Conditions.
Bookings are not confirmed until a booking confirmation email is sent from Samurai Snow.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
Each Booking must include:
- Guest Full Name
- Name of Accommodation
- Accommodation Booking Reference Number
- Lift Pass Type
LIFT PASS DELIVERY
Lift pass delivery can only be arranged when all of the following conditions are met:
- The "Required Information" above has been provided.
- Your accommodation has a full time reception desk manned during delivery hours of 1 to 4pm daily.
- Your accommodation is located in Niseko Hirafu, Kabayama or Niseko Village.
- Your reservation for lift passes has been made 6 days or more in advance of the delivery date
If lift pass delivery cannot be arranged, you must pick up the lift passes from the Vacation Niseko Office located in the Tancho Centre - please check the Samurai Snow Niseko Hirafu Map for more details on this location.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
All lift passes that have not been used are fully refundable, providing
- The cancellation is confirmed directly by Samurai Snow via email or telephone
- If already delivered to your accommodation, the lift passes are delivered by you to the Vacation Niseko Office in the Tancho Centre - please check the Samurai Snow Niseko Hirafu Map for more details on this location.
- The lift passes have been confirmed as unused by the ski resort. Once a lift pass has been scanned for the first day of use, unused days cannot be refunded for any reason whatsoever (Niseko United Resort regulations).
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Requests for booking alterations may be possible and alterations made within 76 hours of the commencement date will incur a ¥1,000 amendment fee.
Requests for booking alterations should be sent via email to info [at] samuraisnow.com.
These alterations include:
- Changes to lift pass start date or delivery date
- Changes to lift pass delivery location
CHANGES TO GUEST DETAILS IN BOOKINGS
When a lead guest name change is necessary, Samurai Snow reserves the right to treat this as a cancellation and apply the cancellation policy listed above.
