Payments
- 30% Deposit Payment required upon booking
- 70% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 76 days or more before arrival - 30% cancellation fee applies
- Within 75 days - 100% cancellation fee applies

- Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to availability & additional fees
Minimum Age
- At least 2 members of each booking group must be over 25 years old
Guest Details
- Name, Nationality & Date of Birth information required for all guests in the reservation required at the time of booking. Reservations will not be considered confirmed until this information is provided.
Damage Deposit
- A cash or credit card deposit of ¥75,000 is required upon check-in
- Deposit returned within 7 days upon satisfactory inspection of property following check-out
- Property owner's decision regarding return of part or all funds is final
