Booking Terms
Payments
- 40% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 60% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- 76 or more days before check in date - you can reschedule your dates to winter 2023-24 or receive a credit for a future stay at the same property
- Within 75 days of check in date, 100% cancellation fee applies
Minimum Nights
- Each booking must be for a minimum stay of 7x nights. Exceptions can be made by the property owner, on a discretionary basis, for shorter booking requests that fill a gap between existing confirmed bookings.
Date Changes
- Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
- Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 16:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
