  • Before 15th June 2025 - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
  • From 16th June 2025 - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

  • More than 75 days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
