Payments

  • 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info@samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 25% cancellation fee applies (Deposit Payment is non-refundable)
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies (Deposit & Balance Payments are non-refundable)

Transferability

  • Bookings at this accommodation are not transferable to another accommodation (even in the same building). 
  • Unless specfically agreed with Samurai Snow, a change of accommodation is considered to be a cancellation of the original accommodaiton booking (cancellation terms apply). Booking of the new accommodation, as a separate booking, would be required.
  • It may be be possible to change the reservation name of a booking at this accommodation. However, this must be agreed by Samurai Snow in writing.

Date Changes

  • Stay date change may be considered within the same winter season
  • Request for stay date changes must be made via email (info@samuraisnow.com) or website contact form more than 14 days before check in date and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered
