Booking Terms
Payments
- 25% Accommodation Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
- 75% Accommodation Balance Payment required no later than 100 days before the check in date
Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
- Cancellation made before 100 days before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies
- Cancellation made within 100 days of the check-in date - 100% cancellation fee applies
Gap Management
- Booking requests may not be accepted if the new booking requested leaves a gap of fewer nights than the minimum nights stay required for the gap in question.
- Booking requests that leave a gap are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- The right to decline a booking request is reserved, even if the dates are available.
- Booking requests are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and you receive an email from Samurai Snow confirming the booking.
Check In / Out
- Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
- Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows for an additional fee
- Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
