The English-speaking team of highly trained staff at the Salomon Store offer the highest levels of comfort and service to make the rental procedure simple.
Location
The Salomon Station equipment hire store is conveniently located at the Nagasaka Gondola and stocks a great range of Salomon Ski and Snowboard boards, boots, poles and clothing.

Adult (13 yrs +) Expert Range
Try the latest premium skis to help you maximize your performance, including a wide selection of powder, race and all mountain available skis and snowboards from Salomon.
Boots and poles can be rented separately from the Regular Range.
Adult (13 yrs +) Regular Range
Regular range equipment for adults. A discount set of Skis, Boots & Poles OR Snowboard & Boots can be rented in this range. Or equipment can be rented separately.
Junior (3-12 yrs) Range
Specific to Juniors, these skis & snowboards are lower priced than the adult ranges.
Clothing
Jackets & Pants are available to rent for adults or children.
Goggles, Beanie and gloves are not available for rental but are on sale in the store.
Helmets
Helmets can be rented free of charge to customers renting other items from the Salomon Rental Station. Sizes range from 2 to XXL.
2024 / 25 Prices
- All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (tax included).
- Junior rate for ages 3-12 years old.
- Expert Skis & Bindings does not include poles
- Full set does not include helmet
- Bindings will be set-up for you with all rental items.
- Helmets cannot be rented in advance but can only be rented on walk-in basis. The fee is JPY1,500 for 1 day with an additional JPY 500 per day thereafter
- Store is open from 08:15 to 17:00
- Equipment can be picked up between 15:00 and 16:30 the day before the rental period starts
Payment
- Full payment required to book
Cancellation
- 75 days or more prior to the rental start date: 25% cancellation fee (75% of the value of the booking is refunded*)
- Within 30 days of the rental start date: 100% cancellation fee
- "Cancellation" includes changes that reduce the overall value of the booking.
* Refunds are made in Japanese Yen. The amount that you receive in your home currency may differ from the amount you paid in your home currency due to exchange rate fluctuations

We are only able to book for guests who have already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow.
Please enter your Samurai Snow Reservation Number provided to you when you booked your accommodation in the form below and we will email booking instructions to you.
If you submit a booking request and have not already booked accommodation with Samurai Snow, we will do our best to respond to your enquiry but this will not always be possible.
We are not able to book 7 days or fewer before the start date.
