Samurai Snow and Rhythm strongly recommends guests have comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected costs incurred by travel delays, injury or illness.
Bookings are subject to the Samurai Snow Terms and Conditions.
Bookings are not confirmed until a booking confirmation email is sent from Samurai Snow.

Each Booking must include:
- Guest Full Name
- Guest Age
PREFERRED INFORMATION
It is recommended that each booking should include:
- Guest Height & Weight
- Shoe Size (if renting Boots)
- Skier Ability Level (Skiers only)
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Requests for cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the commencement date will not incur a charge.
Requests for cancellations made within 7 days of the commencement date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Requests for booking alterations made more than 76 hours prior to the commencement date is possible but subject to availability.
Requests for booking alterations made within 76 hours of the commencement date will incur a ¥1,000 amendment fee.
Requests for booking alterations should be sent via email to info [at] samuraisnow.com.
These alterations include:
- Changes to lesson/equipment hire/backcountry guiding start time or dates
- Transferring lesson/equipment hire/backcountry guiding to other guests
- Changes to lesson meeting point
CHANGES TO GUEST DETAILS IN BOOKINGS
When a lead guest name change is necessary, Samurai Snow reserves the right to treat this as a cancellation and apply the cancellation policy listed above.
