Overview

Lattiude 36 is a beautifully designed self-contained house that has everything you need for a wonderful winter getaway in the beautiful Hakuba Valley.

The spacious garden and the entrance hall featuring beautiful wood grain patterns will warmly welcome you.

There are windows throughout the house, including in the living room, kitchen, and stairwell, allowing in plenty of bright sunlight from outside.

We have focused on providing a comfortable stay for both short-term and long-term guests, and have equipped the units with underfloor heating, air conditioning, a built-in Miele washer and dryer, and a refrigerator built into the kitchen for a neat and tidy space. There is a spacious dry room equipped with a boot dryer, so you can enjoy winter sports stress-free.

On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen, laundry room, shower room and drying room, and on the second floor there are three bedrooms.

There is one room with one king bed and two rooms with two single beds, accommodating up to six guests.

The two shower rooms on the first and second floors are doorless walk-in showers designed to prevent water from splashing.

Relax and unwind after a long day in this open, airy, and uncluttered space.

Latitude 36 is new to our range but is located close to Hanna’s House Hakuba on the Location Map above.

Located in the Echoland area, Holly House is straddled between the two major resorts of Happo and 47/Goryu and at the doorstep of many restaurants and bars.

It's in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Echoland, so why not have a casual breakfast at the cafe or have a drink at the bar?

  • 35% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
  • 65% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
  • 76 or more days before check in date - 35% cancellation fee applies
  • Within 75 days of check in date - 65% cancellation fee applies

Check In / Out

  • Check in time is from 15:00 and check out time is from 10:00
  • Early check in and late check out can be requested and will be accommodated where the accommodation schedule allows
  • Early check in cannot be guaranteed in advance & late check out can only be confirmed the night before
