Payments

• 25% Deposit Payment required at the time of booking
• 75% Balance Payment required no later than 75 days before the check in date

Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made via email (info [at] samuraisnow.com) or website contact form and reconfirmed by Samurai Snow before being considered a cancellation.
• 75 days or more before check in - 25% cancellation fee applies
• Within 75 days of check in date - 100% cancellation fee applies

Discounts are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.

For bookings with some stay dates within an applicable date range and some dates outside of an applicable date range or in the applicable date range of another discount campaign, discount(s) will be applied on a pro-rata basis.

Bookings can only be made The Early Bird Discount Rate or the Non-Refundable Rate. The discounts available at each rate cannot both be applied to the same booking.
